Aubella – Mandate Policy, Terms & Conditions

1. Mandate Policy

1.1 Handcrafted & Artistic Liberty

All Aubella products are individually handcrafted. Each piece is shaped, glazed, fired and finished by hand.
Due to the nature of ceramic art:

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, shape and finish are natural.

  • Reference images shared by the customer serve as inspiration, not exact replicas.

  • The designer retains full creative and technical liberty to interpret the design while maintaining the essence of the idea.

1.2 Custom Orders

  • For custom or personalised pieces, 75% of the total cost must be paid to confirm and lock the design.

  • The remaining amount must be paid before dispatch.

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

1.3 Non-Returnable Nature

Aubella pieces are one-of-a-kind and fragile artisanal creations.
Therefore:

  • No returns, exchanges or cancellations are accepted once a product is sold.

  • In rare cases where a product breaks in transit, the customer must share a clear photo/video within 24 hours of delivery.
    After verification, 50% of the product cost will be refunded to cover material costs (excluding labour and craftsmanship).

2. Terms & Conditions

2.1 Product Variations

  • Due to the firing process, final colours may differ slightly from reference images.

  • Handmade characteristics such as glaze bubbles, minor marks, or gentle unevenness add to the charm and are not considered defects.

2.2 Pricing & Payments

  • Prices listed exclude shipping charges.
    Shipping is charged at actuals based on location and courier service.

  • Payments must be completed via the modes provided at the time of order.

2.3 Shipping & Delivery

  • Aubella packs all items securely; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

  • Damaged product need to be informed with a photo within 24 hours of delivery.Once the photographs are verified, 50% of the product cost will be refunded within one week to 10 working days timeline. The remaining 50% covers the manual labour, craftsmanship time, and material expenses involved in creating your bespoke piece.

  • International shipping may involve customs duties which must be borne by the customer.

2.4 Care Instructions

Ceramic jewellery is delicate. Customers are advised to:

  • Avoid dropping or impact.

  • Keep away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

  • Store safely when not in use.

Aubella is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper care.

2.5 Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, images, and artworks created by Aubella are the brand’s intellectual property.

  • Reproduction or duplication of designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

2.6 Order Fulfilment Time

  • As each product is made by hand, processing time may vary.

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order, but minor delays can occur depending on drying, glazing, and firing cycles.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Aubella, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the policies, terms, and conditions listed above.
