You can expect the items to be delivered within one week to 10 days after placing order.

Aubella No Return Policy
At Aubella, every piece of ceramic jewellery and every trinket is hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind, and shaped by the natural beauty that emerges from the heat of the firing process. Because no two pieces can ever be replicated exactly, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
Breakage During Shipping
We take great care in packaging your order safely. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged:
•Please share a clear photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
•Once verified, 50% of the product cost will be refunded within one week to 10 working days timeline.
•The remaining 50% covers the manual labour, craftsmanship time, and material expenses involved in creating your bespoke piece.
